Choose calendars on device from the selection. You can then choose the specific calendars to add to outlook. (left side of the screen) the add calendar screen appears: Choose people’s calendars from the add. Search for name of person. If the calendar is added successfully, you will see a local calendar. In the calendar properties dialog box, click add. Click enter a name or email address. In your calendar, select share. Type or paste the person's name or email address.
